When rappelling long distances, carrying or lowering heavy loads, or doing high angle work, you need a rappel device that has autolocking capabilities. The Indy will lock off when you let go of the rope, or when you use the brake lever. The Indy can also be rigged to lower heavy loads. Weight: 385 grams.
