Shipping and Handling is calculated based on your order sub-total. Your shipping and handling total will be shown before your order is processed. Please note that this is an estimate, and in some cases we may need to adjust your shipping and handling total. If the shipping and handling total varies significantly from the actual cost, we will contact you to receive your approval before shipping the item. Most items will ship within one to two business days once the order has been placed. You will be emailed with a tracking number, if available, once your order has been shipped. Your item may be shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS upon our discretion. On rare occasion an item may be out of stock. Our goal is to keep you informed of out of stock items and we will contact you immediately if there is a problem with your order. If you specify a PO Box as your delivery address, your order will be shipped via USPS. If this delivery is not available, we will contact you.
Please note that for heavy, bulky items, large quantity orders, or orders to be delivered to certain areas (including Hawaii and Alaska), we will provide you with a standard shipping estimate, but sometimes that estimate may be incorrect. In the event that the estimate varies from the actual shipping cost significantly, we will contact you with the correct shipping amount and ship only after receiving your approval.

Business days constitute weekdays, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Extra days, such as the day before Christmas, the day before New Years day, and other days may be considered holidays as well. Note that if you ask for expedited shipping near a weekend, the weekend does not count towards your expedited shipping. For example, if you choose 2 Business Days on Thursday, and your order is shipped Friday, you will receive your package on Tuesday, unless any of the Friday, Monday or Tuesdays are holidays.
AK and HI residents may be charged additional shipping fees. Bulky items and large quantity orders will also incur these fees. If these fees are more than 10% of your order total, you will be contacted for approval before we ship your order.
Arden's Outdoor Supply will choose the shipping carrier at our discretion. Arden's Outdoor Supply is not responsible for misdelivered or late shipments due to carrier mistakes, acts of God, security checks, or any circumstance which may cause your package to not be received on time. Acts of God include, but are not limited to, weather, earthquake, catastrophe and terrorist attack or threat.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Your name and order number is required for us to cancel your order. You may also cancel your order by contacting us via our customer service phone line. Please be aware that once an item has shipped, we are unable to cancel the order and the order will be processed as a returned item. Many times orders will ship very quickly, so please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Once we have cancelled your order, you will receive an email from us confirming that the cancellation has been completed. If the order has already been shipped, we will notify you as to how you can return the item in the most efficient manner once you receive it.

25-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you are not, obtain an RMA number through our contact form with your name, order number, product id, product description, product condition and reason for return. You will receive a return RMA and instructions for returning the item. You are responsible for return shipping. In the event that the product is in a resellable condition, we will refund the price of the product. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee in some cases. Please take precautions to keep the product packaging, warranty information, booklets and the item itself in new condition until you are satisfied with your purchase. Requests for RMA numbers are only accepted up to 25 days after the invoice date. Note that return requests are only handled through email. If we fail to respond within 24 hours of your email, feel free to call us to expedite your return. Some items are not returnable to us, including climbing equipment, food, clothing such as used underwear, socks and gloves, and items whose prices exceed $450. Any item returned to us must be cleaned before we can accept return. If a return item is shipped to us without prior authorization or the item being returned is not cleaned, we will return the item to you. We understand that during the Christmas holiday season you may want to purchase the right gift early for that special someone. Because of this, we will extend our return policy to cover purchases made after November 1st until Christmas day, December 25th. This extension allows until January 10th of the following year for the item to be returned. The item(s) must be in new, unopened and re-sellable condition in order to qualify for the Christmas Return policy. RMA's are handled normally by contacting us through email with the buyer's name, order number, product id, product description, product condition and reason for return. All other conditions may still apply.

A. Every attempt is made to ensure that the item you receive is the item that was pictured on our website. However, on rare occasion, there may be items which do not exactly match the color or style shown. Usually if this is the case, you will be notified in the item's listing.

A. Because we are a Yahoo! Shopping Merchant, all order tracking information can be retrieved within your Yahoo! Shopping account. If you do not have a Yahoo! Shopping account, you can track your order through the link that is provided on your confirmation E-mail.
Arden's Outdoor Supply shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within WA. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
Terms and Conditions:
Returns must be issued/authorized through the RMA department. Any packages returned without an RMA athorization will be refused. Please have your order umber, and reason(s) for return and course of action sought on the merchandise to be returned, when calling to receive an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from issue date. The returned merchandise must be shipped by the 10th day. All defective merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the invoice date. Defective merchandise will ONLY be replaced with the same, but NEW product. Arden's Outdoor Supply and parent company are not reponsible for any incompatibility issues. No returns are allowed after 25 days after the date of purchase. All returns for credit or exchange must be done within 25 days of the invoice date. All returns on unopened items may be subject to a 15%-25% restocking fee and any refused or returned package will be assessed a $30 fee. All returns on opened items may be subject to a 15%-100% restocking fee, depending on ability to resell the opened item(s). ALL SHIPPING AND INSURANCE CHARGES ON ALL RMA CLAIMS ARE PAID FOR BY THE CUSTOMER (NO COD WILL BE ACCEPTED). All returns must be in re-saleable condition, with original packaging material, manual, and all other accessories provided at the time of sale. Climbing equipment cannot be returned. Food cannot be returned. Any clothing item that has its tags removed or worn is not returnable. Items whose purchase price exceeds $450.00 are not returnable. Any item returned to us must be cleaned before we can accept return. If a return item is shipped to us without prior authorization or the item being returned is not cleaned, we will return the item to you. Certain manufacturers may specify warranty information and in those cases, returns or repairs must be done through the manufacturer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
